Beauty Calender Collection 2015

The variety of calenders for adults and children are growing more and more each year. Last year I brought my children toy calenders and I’ll be honest I did not really think this idea worked as you needed the whole set open before you could play with it properly and with my eldest two most of their Lego was hiding around their bedrooms be Christmas day.  So this year it’s back to yummy chocolate calenders for them while I browse a little treat for me and their dad this year.

Beauty Advent Calenders 2015

In 2015 the beauty calender range is bigger and better then ever with a huge range of brands giving it a go, from Body Shop to Clarins there’s something for every body this year and here a run down of my favourite picks.

Body Shop £60.00

Worth £93.50 this calender offers an amazing range of products including mini soaps, fantastic moistening cream’s, make up tools and even fragrances. If you love Body Shop or maybe haven’t visited their store for a while this is the calender for you. I was hugely impressed by the range they are offering.

Ciate £49.00

This beautiful London themed calender contains 17 Mini Paint Pots,  3 Mini Treatments,  2x Glitter Toppers, 1x Mini Crystal Nail File and 1 Full Size Glitter polish. This is the perfect calender for a nail polish fan offering a selection to add a little sparkle to your collection for the festive party session.

Benefit £34.50

I had to feature this calender as I do love Benefit cosmetic how it’s now sold out in the UK and only available in the US so if you travelling over there or know any one who is, this calender could still be in your reach. With only 12 products it is a little disappointing this year but the products your getting are still fantastic.

Look Fantastic £70.00

I love the sparkly fairy tale packaging of this calender and it’s contents has been keep a very close secret but with the total value of the products reaching £250 I’m sure there will be some amazing products hiding inside for us to discover. I’m looking forward to finding out what’s inside this one.

Look Fantastic calenderTanya Burr £25

At the moment this calender is featured in Superdrug’s discounted Christmas gifts at only£15 so I’d grab it fast. I have already picked this one up as I have not tried Tanya’s range so I saw this as a little opportunity to give them a go. This calender is another offering just 12 windows but features a good variety from her range including 2 nail polishes (under the sea and carnival night), 2 pairs of lashes (girl next door and party girl) plus adhesive, 2 shimmer pots (twinkling moon and twinkling gold), 3 midi lip glosses (macaroon, candy frost, bewitching), 2 nail files and a mirror.Tanya Burr

Yankee Candle £31.99

This calender is great as a gift every one in the house can benefit from. I’ve not had a collection of candles since I was a teenager but I’m starting to discover them and I love the fragrances Yankee have to offer. So if you don’t need any more make up (if that’s possible) maybe give this one a try! This beautiful reindeer calender doubles up as a beautiful decoration while in use and contains Fragrances: Bundle Up, Candy Cane Lane, Icicles, Spiced Orange, Snowflake Cookie and Winter Glow Tealights, as well as a Berry Trifle, Bundle Up, Cosy By the Fire and Winter Glow Votives

Selfridges £95.00

Filled with 24 luxurious miniature treats, it’s a must-have for all beauty fans who can afford to spend the extra on this calender. The special 2015 advent calendar includes surprises from some of the world’s best beauty brands including Kiehl’s, Lancome, YSL, Viktor and Rolf and many more.

So that’s it although there are more out there you can chose from these are my favourite this year. Will you be indulging in a special calender this year or sticking with a chocolate one? Which do you think you’d pick from above?

  1. Oh wow! They’ve really expanded the selection of advent calendars this year. The one from the Body Shop looks awesome! I’d love to know what’s in the Tanya Burr one too. These would make great presents for one of the girls in my office, I’m hoping I get one of their names this year just so I can see what’s inside lol 😉

  3. Wow, I never knew there were that many beauty-oriented advent calendars! Plus the cool one from Yankee Candle, where’s that one been?? I may pick up the Body Shop calendar if the US stores have it for a decent price. I haven’t tried TBS in a long time, and that would be a great way to get back into the brand. Plus I want the heart-shaped soap or whatever for my heart collection! Great post
