Favourite Buys in July

Part of the reason for starting Bessie Club was to encourage my self to make more of an effort and try to use make up, skin and hair product more often. I’m 32 at currently have no beauty resume and I’m afraid its starting to show.

best buys in July

To celebrate taking the step of starting up Bessie Club I thought it would be a good idea to go out and buy some products to help me take the plunge and I’d love to share them with you today.

new

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water: Ok so its time to confess I have never used any thing apart from my shower water or a flannel to clean my face. The reason for this being that what ever I use it usually stings my face or dries my skin out. I came across this product on an ad outside boots as it was on a great offer and thought for a £1 I’ll give it a go. Well I’m glad I did!! It is amazingly refreshing and as it contains no fragrance or alcohol it doesn’t sting my skin either. I’ve been using it in the morning and the evening and I think its made a great difference to my complexion.

Rimmel Salon Pro: Wearing nail varnish is something I love and finally my nail have started to grow stronger and stopped breaking so easily. With this in mind I thought I need to get wearing it again and so this has been my first nail polish buy in about 4 years.  Gel nails seem to be an in thing at the moment and Rimmel salon pro offers a gel effect which claims to last 10 days. On trying it out I love the colour and the smooth look it gives. I used the nail varnish with out a top coat and it easily lasted 7 days with out fading or chipping.

eye tattoo

Maybelline 24HR Colour Tattoo: The process of putting on make up is like a foreign language to me. Just this week I discovered their are primers and sprays to help set your make up, what clever person came up with that idea?! This month I also discovered these lovely little eye shadows by Maybelline. I always find my eye make up disappears into the creases in my eyes and crows feet and well I think I’m better off not wearing it. These little beauties on the other hand are amazing. They go on beautifully and last great all day staying put with out building up in the creases of my lids.

bronzing

Bourjois Bronzing Powder And Highlighter: This little palette is some thing I noticed on another blogger’s You Tube, I can’t remember who. The palette has been a great item to add to my make up bag. I have used it every day since I have had it and love how quickly and easy it is to use it to add glow to my complexion.

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading about my latest finds. I”d love to hear what you have brought lately or your favourite product.  Just drop me a message below.
